In 1996, our founder and director noticed a massive number of students falling through the gaps between financial aid and family capacity to pay tuition. The Center for Scholarships & Scholar Enrichment was established to address that gap. Through demystifying the scholarship process, we aim to decrease debt and mentor students into scholars who can find, apply to, and win merit-based funding.
Our impact over the past thirty years has been fantastic, and humbling. We connect students with $2.5 million in UCLA donor scholarships yearly, and provide official UCLA endorsements for prestigious national and international scholarships. We also mentor students as they search and apply for non-UCLA affiliated scholarships; our students have reported over $700,000 in winnings last year alone!
These winnings include incredibly competitive scholarships like the Marshall, Rhodes, Churchill, Truman, Goldwater, and more, thanks to our dedicated prestigious scholarship nominations and advising.
